Following the purchase, the seller hired a biologist to |
measure the wetland, which identified the area available |
for construction, on a rocky rise much higher than the |
wetland. There is no risk of flooding. |

A surveyor installed boundary markers at the four corners |
of the lot and created a preliminary site plan showing the |
maximum construction measurements (below the municipal |
lateral setback of 3 meters): approximately 8.50 meters x |
