Addendum
Long-Term Lease Agreement -- Property Sale |
The seller agrees to lease the property, specifically the |
condo located at 100- Fraser Apt 102, Gatineau, to the |
buyer for a period of five (5) years from the date of |
signing the deed of sale. The monthly rent will be set at |
$3,200, payable on the first day of each month. However, in |
the event of an increase in condominium fees, in accordance |
with the provisions set by the condominium bylaws, the |
monthly rent of $3,200 will be adjusted proportionally to |
the increase in condominium fees. |
The lease agreement will be drafted and signed by both |
parties before the closing of the sale, and it will comply |
with the current laws governing residential leases. The |
buyer acknowledges that the condo will be rented for |
investment purposes and will not be occupied by the buyer |
or their dependents during the term of the lease. |
The seller commits to maintaining the property in good |
condition and assuming all responsibilities related to the |
routine maintenance of the condo during the lease period. |
The tenant will have the option to terminate the lease with |
six (6) months' notice, provided in writing to the landlord. |
