Addendum
| Long-Term Lease Agreement -- Property Sale |
| The seller agrees to lease the property, specifically the |
| condo located at 100- Fraser Apt 102, Gatineau, to the |
| buyer for a period of five (5) years from the date of |
| signing the deed of sale. The monthly rent will be set at |
| $3,200, payable on the first day of each month. However, in |
| the event of an increase in condominium fees, in accordance |
| with the provisions set by the condominium bylaws, the |
| monthly rent of $3,200 will be adjusted proportionally to |
| the increase in condominium fees. |
