| Highlights Main floor features a large bright dining room and open-concept kitchen with a large two-tier island with seating for four people and also integrates a bar sink, dishwasher, beverage fridge, and storage; a built-in desk and walk-in pantry. A den/office with custom wall-to-wall cabinetry and desk with integrated storage, laundry area, three-piece bathroom, mudroom, large family room and adjacent living room with a wood-burning stove, completes the first floor layout. A large mezzanine welcomes you to the second floor that offers three bedrooms, a walk-in linen closet, and updated four-piece bathroom. Renovations Renovations were completed in 2017/18 to the exterior of the house which included new siding, windows, doors, door hardware, roof and vents, soffit, fascia, and exterior insulation. A new front porch with portico and Trex decking was installed. Inside, a new staircase was installed to the basement. Renovations were also done in 2017/18 to add a dining room addition to the front of the house.
