| d'Europe, this building was the subject of a case regarding |
| a design flaw in the original acrylic exterior cladding |
| (stucco), which had caused water infiltration in certain |
| areas of the building envelope. |

| Following expert assessments, a comprehensive renovation |
| program was undertaken and completed in 2018. The work |
| included the complete replacement of the exterior cladding |
| with a steel cladding system (MAC Metal Architectural), |
| known for its durability and superior performance. The |
| components affected by water infiltration were also |
| repaired or replaced, including the complete renovation of |
| the balconies. |

| All corrective work planned for this project has been |
| carried out, completed, and approved. On September 24, |
| 2018, the firm Laplante Rhéault Architectes et Associés |
| issued a certification confirming that the work was |
| completed in accordance with the scope of work. |
|
| The claims, proceedings, and actions undertaken in |
| connection with this matter are now concluded, and the |
| costs associated with the work have been fully covered and |
| settled. |

| special assessments, or claims related to this matter are |
| currently pending or planned. |
