Addendum
| The units 40 and 40A of Carillon were created in 2000 |
| following the conversion of a former restaurant into two |
| residential dwellings. At that time, all partitions, |
| firewalls, electrical systems, and plumbing were completely |
| redone. |
| A red brick exterior cladding was installed, and the |
| interior of the units was insulated. |
| The 40 Carillon unit is heated by a forced-air natural gas |
| furnace with a heat pump (purchase date unknown). The 40A |
| unit is heated with electric baseboards. |
| The 27 Pilon unit underwent extensive renovations in 2004, |
| including the second-floor bathroom, flooring, and |
| plumbing. Additional renovations were completed in 2008, |
| including kitchen cabinets and plumbing. The furnace was |
| replaced in 2010. |
